How to install the RADIATOR VALVES

Valves are one of the key equipment of fluid control systems, which are generally used in liquid or gaseous fluid control environments. Therefore, valves are widely used in various industrial subdivisions designed for fluid control. At present, the main valve application areas include: oil and gas, electric power, chemical industry, tap water and sewage treatment, papermaking, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, food, mining, non-ferrous metals, electronics and other industries. Among them, oil and natural gas, energy, power and chemical fields are important application fields of valves. According to Valve World’s statistics, in the global industrial valve market demand, the oil and gas sectors, including drilling, transportation, and petrochemicals, account for a high proportion of 37.40%, followed by the demand in the energy, power and chemical sectors, which account for the global industrial valves. 21.30% of the market demand and the market demand of the top three areas together accounted for 70.20% of the total market demand. In the application fields of domestic industrial valves, the chemical, energy and power, and oil and gas industries are also three important valve markets. The market demand for their valves accounted for 25.70%, 20.10%, and 20.10% of the total domestic industrial valve market demand, which together accounted for all. 60.50% of market demand.

1. RADIATOR VALVES body is installed at the entrance of the radiator. When installing, please pay attention to the direction of the water flow to be consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow;

2. In order to facilitate the installation of the thermostat, the handle should be set to the maximum opening position (the position of number 5) before installation, and the locking nut of the thermostat should be screwed onto the valve body;

3. In order to avoid functional failure caused by welding slag and other debris, the pipeline and radiator should be thoroughly cleaned;

4. When refitting the old heating system, a filter should be installed in front of the radiator thermostatic valve;

5. The radiator thermostatic valve should be installed correctly so that the thermostat is installed in a horizontal position;

6. In order to ensure the accuracy of the indoor temperature, the thermostatic valve cannot be installed in the vent. When using it, it should be protected from direct sunlight and cannot be blocked by other objects.
